Ilhan Omar is an American Politician who is currently working as the US Representative for the 5th congressional district of Minnesota. He has been working as the US representative since 2019 and is also a member of the Democratic Farmer Labour Party. Before getting elected to Congress, she served for two years in the Minnesota House of Representatives, where she represented a small part of Minneapolis.
